We want you to love your Ruhe Ritual Shower Stones™. If you change your mind for any reason, you have 20 days from the date of delivery to return your order for a full refund — no questions asked.
How it works
- Contact us at hello@ruheritual.com; within 20 days of receiving your order, letting us know you'd like to return it.
- Return products to the provided address.
- Once we receive your return, you can choose either:
- A replacement set, or
- A full refund of the product price
To start a return, you can contact us at hello@ruheritual.com. Please note that instructions on how and where to send your package will be sent via email. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. In an unlikely event, that your Product is defective, damaged or you received the wrong item contact us immediately, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exclusions:
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

What is a Shower Stone™?
A solid, handmade steamer that sits in your shower and releases aromatherapy steam as the water hits it. No extra steps, no extra time — it works inside the shower you're already having.
Which scent should I choose?
It depends on the moment, not the day.
- Peak State is built for the morning — bright, sharp, and ready before the world needs anything from you.
- Head Space fits the in-between — the shower you take mid-afternoon, mid-shift, mid-anything, to draw a line under one part of the day before the next one starts.
- Off Duty is the evening one — soft and slow, for the shower that closes the day out.
How do I use it?
Place it on the shower floor, out of the direct stream so it lasts. Let the water and steam do the rest.
Do I need to change my routine?
No. That's the whole point. You don't need a new ritual, a spare ten minutes, or a different kind of morning. Just the shower you were already going to take.
What's inside them?
A simple natural base of bicarb and citric acid with kaolin clay, plus a blend of essential oils specific to each scent:
- Peak State — Pink Grapefruit, Peppermint, Lemon, Eucalyptus, Sandalwood
- Head Space — Clary sage, Lavender, Roman chamomile, Bergamot
- Off Duty — Frankincense, Geranium, Ylang Ylang, Lavender
Are the ingredients natural?
Yes.
Why are they wrapped in plastic?
The shrink wrap protects the scent and the stone itself — at the oil concentration we use, an unwrapped stone won't hold its scent or shape on the shelf. We will always actively working on reducing packaging further without compromising either.
How long does one stone last?
Each stone is good for 1-2 showers, depending on water pressure and heat.
Can I use it every day?
Yes — it's designed for regular use, not as an occasional treat.
Are your products vegan and cruelty-free?
Yes — nothing in our formulations is tested on animals or made from animal-derived ingredients.
Can I use more than one at a time, or cut one in half?
We'd recommend one whole stone per shower — that's how each one is formulated and measured. Cutting or combining stones can throw off the scent and how it releases.
Does it make the shower floor slippery?
No — it doesn't make the floor slippery at all. The Shower Stone is fully dissolvable and fully washes away.
Should I be cautious if I have sensitive skin?
The stone sits on the shower floor, not on your skin — it's the steam and scent that reach you, not direct contact with the product. If you're sensitive to strong fragrances or essential oils generally, you may want to start with a shorter shower or keep the bathroom door open to ease into it
