Place it on the shower floor, out of the direct stream so it lasts. Let the water and steam do the rest.

Each stone is good for 1-2 showers, depending on water pressure and heat.

The shrink wrap protects the scent and the stone itself. At the oil concentration we use, a paper wrap or unwrapped stone won't hold — the scent fades and the stone loses its shape before it ever reaches your shower. It's a trade-off we've made deliberately: less packaging looks better, but a stone that's lost its scent by the time it arrives isn't self-care, it's a shrug.
