Order Processing
Every Shower Stone™ is handmade in small batches here on Sydney's Northern Beaches. Please allow 2 business days for your order to be prepared before it ships. During busy periods (like markets or promotions), processing may take a little longer — we'll always let you know if there's a delay.
Delivery Areas
We currently ship within Australia only. If you're outside Australia and would love to get your hands on Ruhe Ritual, reach out at hello@RuheRitual.com — we're working on expanding.
Shipping Rates & Timeframes
- Standard shipping: $11 flat rate, delivered in 3-7 business days
- Free Standard shipping on orders over 40$
- Express shipping: 15$ flat rate, delivered in 3-5 business days
- Free Express shipping on orders over 60$
Delivery times are estimates provided by our shipping carrier and may vary slightly depending on your location, especially for regional and remote areas.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your Shower Stones™ on their way to you.
Delays
While we do everything we can to get your order to you on time, occasionally delays happen outside our control (courier delays, high-demand periods, public holidays). Thanks for your patience — we're a small, handmade business and we appreciate you.
Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're unable to redirect parcels once they've been dispatched, and re-shipping costs for orders returned due to an incorrect address may apply.
